Shipping in HK during Corona Virus
As of March 18, 2022 courier services have resumed. Door-to-door services are now once again available. If, however, there has been a Covid case in your building in the last 14 days, please notify us when you place your order. SF Express may not be able to deliver to your door.

Non-standard deliveries will be charged at cost based on location.
NORMAL SHIPPING TIMES:
Shipping within Hong Kong: We aim to ship all orders that do not require personalization (i.e. stickers, invitations, posters, etc.) within 24 hours Monday through Friday. If orders are received and paid for by 10:00 a.m., we will do our best to ship on the same day for an overnight delivery to most locations across HK.

International orders: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When shipping to the United States, regular post takes between 8 and 12 days (but much longer during Covid19). It may be that some items will require additional shipping charges. If this occurs, we will let you know.
FREE SHIPPING:
We love free shipping! We offer free shipping within Hong Kong on all orders over $750hkd*. International shipping will be charged as quoted.
Delivery of helium balloons* is charged separately by our helium provider therefore does not fall within our free delivery parameters (sorry!).

RETURNS POLICY:
You may return most new, unopened items where the packaging is in tack within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. This does not apply to edible items, i.e. candy or baking products. We'll also pay the return shipping costs for those living in Hong Kong if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
PLEASE NOTE: for orders that need to be cancelled and are paid for using PAYPAL there will be a 4.4% deduction taken from the refund. This is the fee that PAYPAL charges us when an order is cancelled. We think it's outrageous but that's their policy.
